Eggslut – Mashed Potatoes Reinvented
If you go to Central Market in Downtown Los Angeles you ill see a line…a long long line. You will ask yourself why – until you tasted the Eggslut. This is essentially mashed potatoes in a glass with and egg. Sounds boring? It isn’t It is amazing. The secret: Butter of course. Founded in 2011 exalt started as a food truck. The move to Central Market made Eggslut a legend. Eggslut is a chef driven, gourmet food concept founded in 2011, by Alvin Cailan. Eggslut is inspired by a true love for eggs they say. The press says it is the best food on the west coast and yes you can have a burger as well if you want.

To run a magazine isn’t an easy feat to begin with. To run a magazine that really commands your interest in the day and age of the world wide web is even more difficult. One magazine that achieves this easily is Apartemento. This is different and this is exciting. An everyday interiors magazine they say. But it is much more than that. This is all you need to relax. This is how your neighborhood coffee joint should be. Cozy, friendly, great food and amazing coffee. Timber yard is perfect. Too bad it has only two locations and both are in London (one on Old Street and the other in Seven Dials. Timberyard recently won the award for Best Independent Coffee Shop in Europe at the Allegra European Coffee Awards The winners were chosen through a targeted voting campaign by Allegra, where over 1000 senior industry executives were able to have their say.
