It creats the employees’ resentment and reduces employees’ morale and productivity. At least an award system should be implement for the employees with good performance if punishment is not feasible. Besides, I think you should accept employees refusing work OT. Good mangaement should not rely on workers work OT. It overloads the employees and may increase the resignation rate of the company. Also, it is fairer to paid OT.
